ISS DOPPLER INFORMATION!
The ISS is now using SPLIT frequency.
This freq. info is only for PACKET operation!!!
Your RX downlink must be: 145.800Mhz.
Your TX uplink must be: 145.990Mhz.
Also IMPORTAND
is correcting your doppler shift so packet will
running much better!
When the ISS is nearly in your range go a littlebit higher with your
RX freq. at 145.803 (your TX freq. must be tuned reverse at 145.987).
When it is comming closer to your QTH tune the RX freq. slightly-
to 145.800 (your TX freq. must be tuned at 145.990).
When the ISS is leaving go slightly down with your RX-
freq (your TX freq.should be tuned slightly step by step higher!).
I noticed when the ISS is almost out of the range I have my -
RX freq. tuned at 145.795 (your TX freq. must be tuned reverse at 145.995).
This story is importand when the ISS is more than 7 minutes in your range.
When it is only a few minutes in your range keep the RX freq tuned-
at 145.800, and your TX at 145.990.
This doppler control give me much better packet audio, and the packet
communication will be much better between you and the ISS!!!!!!
I will explain the doppler (of the ISS) later on my website!
